We’ve used GCC for countertops in our kitchen and primary bath. They helped us consider the functionality of both quartz and granite options. We couldn’t be more pleased with how well everything worked with our cabinetry and kitchen island. The selection is great and the installers are fabulous. They even went above and beyond to correct issues caused by the cabinet maker. 5-Stars go to the staff that my family and I worked with. Liz was fantastic with the choice selection. But I have to give HUGE kudos to the installers...Jason and Wade!! They had to install a huge section of granite in a space where there was extremely limited room to move. I kept thinking, "How are they going to do this?" They had to move the refrigerator out of the way, and it was still VERY tight! They didn't give up!! They worked and worked until they were able to maneuver that huge slab of granite in place. I couldn't be more pleased with how professional they were and what a great job they did!! They need a huge bonus after this install!!!

Granite connection went above and beyond to help me. They sent me directly to their distributor, so I had a lot of options. The office called when one of the slabs I ordered came in and did not look like the one I chose. Granite Connection accommodated my timeline and installed my countertops quickly.

Granite Counter Connection did an outstanding job for us placing granite in three bathrooms and a kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to any concerns we had and the crew was professional, knowledgeable, and careful as they did the installation. After having painted all my kitchen cabinets, I was concerned about damage from the tear out of the existing counter tops but there was almost none. The entire process from start to finish was just a few weeks as the owner is ready and willing to work with the customer. We are thrilled with our new counter tops and with the job done by Granite Counter Connection!

Jerry and his crew did the absolute best job they could seeing I was dealing with poor quality cabinets and install from CCC in Lenoir. Jerry went above and beyond what I purchased to make a not so great situation turn out great. The prices amd selection are good and they delivered what they said they would. I recommend Jerry and would personally use him again. Great people to work with!

Had my countertops installed when they said they would and can only see the seams if i look real hard. We had them installed last month and we couldnt be happier with the whole process. We highly recommend them

I replaced my kitchen counters and vanity counters in 2.5 bathrooms. During the selection process, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable explaining the care of and difference between granite and quartz. I selected a quartz for my project. There was no pressure to make the selection quickly and all questions were answered. I also replaced my kitchen sink (also from GCC). The price quote was fully explained. The installation was completed in the time I expected and they did a great job. One of the first things I noticed was that the slabs were cut so that the pattern movement flowed and everything was similar in the kitchen. The installers were friendly and did a super job . The AFTER picture are the white counters.

This was the best and easiest experience I have ever had. I needed some smaller pieces for a hearth and powder room vanity. I came, picked out my pieces, Jerry measured, priced and I was on my way. They were able to finish everything within 2 weeks. One of the pieces I chose they were unable to use so Jerry let me come in and find another piece that I ended up liking better. They even kept my install date the same. The crew who came to install was professional and did an awesome job. I will be back for my next bathroom remodel!

These guys are awesome! My kitchen sink fell (!!) and within a matter of hours Rick showed up to my house to fix it. He identified the problem with the initial installation (done by others), and not only fixed it, but reinforced it so an elephant can sit in the sink! All of this was done after normal work hours, and the same day that I called Jerry about my problem. Not only was the work performed excellent, it was at a reasonable price. I wish I could give more stars.

We recently purchased our granite countertops from them and they were great. They offered us a cabinet sample to walk around with and answered our many many questions. There was a slab that we liked, but it was promised to someone else. They went the extra length to order additional slabs with the same lot numbers for us to view. This was at no cost or obligation to us. They were professional. The installers had a long day, but you would have never guessed. They were polite friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend granite counter connections to anyone in the market for countertops.

I am so impressed with this company! I have been a happier person since I first stopped in on Sunday to look at their incredible selection; they were not open, so after looking at every piece outside, I selected the most beautiful one as my perfect match for my bathroom vanity. I returned Monday, got the numbers, they came and templated Tuesday, and had it not been a Freaky Friday (flash blizzard, etc), I would have had my PERFECT granite top by 9 am FRIDAY! I have bought granite from more than one company, more than once, and THAT turnaround time alone is phenomenal! And there's more, Everyone on their team is friendly, knows their stuff, there's even a checklist to make sure everyone is happy and THE best part of all- they seek to do a great job. I cannot wait to create an entire granite slabbed shower, it is all I have thought about since I saw the incredible pieces of one of a kind art on display there as potential countertops. One thing is for sure, my next edge will be chiseled- not familiar with that? I wasn't either- see it on display inside their showroom, along with the great selection of colors and patterns to make your space timelessly beautiful.

Quick turnaround and reasonable prices. The installers were also nice. One minor dishwasher mount issue was resolved the same day. Great customer service.
